i can't find umax astra 5800 scaner driver please give me some guidance

You can't find a Windows 7 driver for that scanner model because Windows 7 driver doesn't exist, the scanner is too old so the manufacturer stopped supporting it when Windows 7 was launched (may be even before Vista was launched).

You have two options:

1) Buy a new scanner (best prices are online from vendors like Amazon)

2) Try VueScan software, if it works with your scanner you have to buy the software if you want to keep it:
