i cant find windows 7 that isnt $100

Solution
$90 - 100 is the price for a legitimate copy of Windows,; there are no legitimate options other than educational discounts that can be found for example on college campuses... As to how much and to what extent these exist at this point, I can't attest as my two older boys have graduated. MS no longer has student discounts on their web sites.

it is legit, but only if you install it on the pc that the COA was taken from....... If you install it on another pc it is no longer a legal copy, voiding Microsoft's EULA. These things should not be allowed to be sold like this. If your building a pc, the cheapest way is to buy an OEM copy with the components you purchase.

If you can get a copy of the software then you can find just the keys for around $20, check Ebay and the Web. Most of them are PC shops that bought them by the lot like I did. When I sold my shop last year I had around 200 Unused Win 7 Key Stickers I was given from being a Hp and Dell authorized reseller. When your a reseller you get all kinds of free shit you don't want.

OEM System builder is meant for a full install it isn't a upgrade. Upgrades can be installed on a fresh hard drive in 3 different manners but technically that violates the EULA. If you could care less about that, get what you can afford any Legit copy of Windows will work.
