Question I cant find xbgm

I want to turn off xbox game monitoring and while Im following the steps(regedit..hkeylocalmachine ets) I cant find xbgm to change the price. Any help? Thanks

The thing is that I cant find this to change its value. I follow the steps HKEYLOCALMACHINE->.....Services.. and cannot find it

I don't use the registry so unless you know what you are doing, you can damage windows.

I tried to find a video showing these steps - this lacks sound but at about 1.58 it goes through the steps in regedit to find xbgm in the services list
