Question I cant get higher cpu clock

Hello, everyone!
I have AMD Ryzen 5 2500U processor.I have tried everything but i cant solve my cpu goes lower of base speed.
His base speed is 2.00 Ghz, my goes around 1,5-1,7 Ghz even is plugged in.Laptp ofcrse.
If you have any idea, tell me

Is the CPU under load when you see those clockspeeds? If not, having the CPU idle to a lower clockspeed is normal and good for noise+power consumption.

What laptop is this?
Program to monitor temps and clocks?

Your CPU is idle. Having clocks lowering at idle is for better battery life and lower fan RPM. Its by design.

If you don't want this, try windows performance power plan.

That power plan its also called Ultimate, but it is same situation.I have to be satisfied with that what it is

I made something on my own risk.I've get to registry and put 7 on start amdppm
now is fixed 2.00 Ghz

Ryzens should be used on Balanced power plan. Laptop makes this more so as you'll want the cpu to power down when not under usage.

You should be boosting to @3.2GHz+.

There is also utilisation and is variating.My lap is never on hard work.Just surfing and nothing else.It's fixed on 2GHz now and running smothly, pretty fast.Hope there will be no problems

IDK why you would do this.

You are increasing clocks and power consumption when idle, while decreasing performance under load.
