I try to match up the holes with the pre installed screws with the board, but no matter which way I turn the motherboard it wont match up...I checked the NZXT website and it says my mother board should work with the case.I'm really stumped do I need to manually make new holes??? I dont see any way to get these holes to match.

Ok since it is a mATX board you should be able to line up 6 holes with the standoffs (make sure to line up with the back io panel and use those 6) there will be leftover standoffs since the case can hold mATX or ATX boards

There should be no reason the holes in the standard mATX motherboard do not line up with the standard holes in the NZXT case. And what do you mean by "no matter which way I turn the motherboard it wont match up" ? It can only go one way. Post a clear pic of what the problem is. It's not making sense unless the case was manufactured wrong (which I've never heard of).
