Question I can't get my M.2 nvme to work?

I can't seem to get my m.2 nvme to show up anywhere to use as my storage. The only place I've been able to find it is in device manager. This is my first time building a pc so I don't know what to do or how to find a way to fix it.

If you mean the entire pc build I have a Tuf B450-Plus mother board an XFX RX 5600 XT GPU an AMD ryzen 5 2600 CPU a Silicone power 1tb nvme m.2 a silicone power 512gb ssd a seagate barracuda 2tb hdd and 2 gskill aegis 8gb ram sticks. Am I missing any other kind of info needed?

Do you already have Windows installed on the 2TB HDD?
Or are you trying to install on the NVMe?

No I have the windows 10 os on the 512gb ssd. But i want to use the nvme as my storage for games and what not.

This is what the bios says although the boot priority used to not say that and I couldn't seem to find any drivers for it.

So, the system sees that it exists.
Just doesn't appear in Disk management.

Try to format it.
