I cant get out of the cmd mode booting win 10

I'm having problems installing win 10. I finally got it boot in the safe mode using the cmd shell. My problem now is that i cant get it to boot in any other mode. It always boots up in the cmd mode.

In safemode go to run and type in or search

msconfig

Choose normal startup and restart your pc
