Question i cant get out of the windows 10 installing loop

i downloaded the windows 10 os onto my ssd from my usb flash drive with basically no problem.
it asked to restart so i did, but then put me back into the installation screen.
i re-tried with changing the boot order, re-tried with cleaning and formatting my ssd, re-tried with unplugging the usb - it gave me the insert proper boot media/drive screen.
i have a samsung 860 evo 500gb.
i dont know what to do from now on.. how would i fix this?

you download to the ssd or install windows to the ssd?
if you unplug the usb and get the insert proper boot media, does not sound like you install windows

i installed windows to the ssd through the usb flash drive - i did the whole deleting partition thing, and it created a partition for windows, it just doesnt recognise boot files on there.
its not that much of an uncommon problem apparently, theres just no solution in any site i look at

did you have any other hdd/ssd?
