I can't get rid of Sasser Virus!

I have the "Sasser" or Lsass worm and when i try to start it it says
"You do not have Administrator rights to run the tool. Please your Network Administrator For More Information."

You need a boot disk http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2007/05/19/how-to-clean-or-remove-virusspywaretrojan-when-you-cant-boot-in-windows/ try that i haven't used this one yet but kaspersky is a trusted name.

Symantec Security Response has developed a removal tool to clean the infections of the various variants of the W32.Sasser worm
