I cant get the G keys on my K95 to work....

i have macros saved to my keyboard and for some reason sometimes the macros work and other times its like they are not even assigned is there a fix for this anywhere?

I personally never own that keyboard before but it should have something to do with software, have you downloaded the corsair gaming software?
