Question i cant get the onboard leds on my msi 4070ti to work at all

my new msi 4070ti seems to be working fine but i cant get the on card physical leds to turn on at all

if you are properly using the MSI Center/Dragon Center control software and getting no response then it is likely an issue with the card itself.

but you don't offer any relevant information such as motherboard, specific card model, etc so you really shouldn't expect much in responses here.

Did you manually install the card drivers via a direct download from the manufacturer's website? Manually install and configure? (No third party tools or installers.)

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full.

Please read your user manual as it states what you need to do;

"b. MSI Center: Please download the software and follow the steps to complete the installation. (Requires Microsoft® Windows® 10 or later) * To control the graphics card's LED effects, please run the MSI Center software first and then activate the Mystic Light function."
