I can't get to Chrome settings help

I was filling out Auto fill ! Just before I entered my credit card info it went back to homepage and I can't get back to any Chrome settings exclamation point please help ASAP

You should be able to click the icon with the 3 horizontal bars in the upper right corner and get the menu that has settings in it. If that doesn't work on your computer, you might need to uninstall Chrome and reinstall it.
