I cant get uefi on my z68xp-ud3 to update

I have tried everything can not get this to work.

You have multiple posts on the same question , I have posted an answer on your first post , if you haven't read it yet then this is what I posted.
To get the bios updated you do have to load the bios file and there isn't much we can do over the internet your the one there and you have to load the bios file. If you can't do it then you may have to take the board to a computer repair shop , if you live near one or even a Best Buy and let the Geek Squad do it for you. The final option would be to sebd it back to the manufacturer and have them do it.
If you have the owners manual of the MB then it has detailed steps on how to upgrade the bios , it's very easy to do and if you follow the instructions you should be able to do it.
