and i Can't hold buttons in games after formate my pc For example: on csgo i can't move forward:when i hold Z it keeps reseting like I repeat to press that key

this problem happend to me before with another keyboard and when i formated my pc in a professional
this problem stopped like 5 months i write and play very smoothly and when i decide to formting my pc with my self the problem start ithink the problem with settings or driver

*gtx 1050ti
*jedel gk100 trash keyboard (the problem is not from keyboard before formatge keyboard work very smoothly i think the problem is from windows or settings btw i reset the pc and nothing change)
