I can't install my os . formatted every partition

i've accidentally formatted everything including the 350 mb system reserved partition while installing windows 10. So basically , i don't have any os on my system nor can i install any. how to solve this problem ?? i tried many things but couldn't get any solution

The solution should be simple, just initialize disk (if nothing important left like documents).

On command prompt:

1. diskpart

2. >list disk

3. >select disk N - where N is number of disk you would initialize

4. >clean

5. >exit

Now Windows installation should find an empty disk which it can partition, format and then install.

it doesn't let me open cmd !! i'm stuck at bootdevice not found
hard disk - (3F0)
and my bios won't load
