I can't install my vGA

i've no idea what series is my VGA.just i know expire date and a number written next the VGA out put ports.expire time is 02/2004 and that number is 925B.

Never mind teh ports what is on the side of the card ? can you send a picture.

It should have ATI or Nvidia on the side with some numbers.
