you will have to use the vista one or go to realtek to find if they made some for win 7 since there is not support for this laptop on acer in win 7 http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers

I thought this is Mobility Intel, So you can download and install your GPU Driver for your laptop and see if that helps.

First of all, You need to find Find by category, Then Put Video Drivers by following these steps:

1. Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx?wapkw=Download&wapkwg=featured
2. Please select Graphics Drivers, Video Drivers or so on
3. Then select Laptop graphics Devices
4. Then select your video card model as if specified in the lower left corner or right corner or so on (with Mobile Intel (like Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator xxxx))
5. Download and install graphics driver as Acer Aspire 5735 specified
