I cant install windows 10 64 bit but my processor should be 64bit compatible

i built a pc recently and trying to install the os (windows 10) i keep getting a crash screen with stopcode oxcoooo21a when trying to install 64bit

Specs:
intel i5 processor 8th gen 8400 lga1151
z370 aorus gaming 3
gtx1050 ti
16 gb ddr4 ram

Using the latest windows 10 iso?
download the latest iso from Microsoft ? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

How did you get the Windows ISO? Download it from Microsoft, select make ISO & select the desktop. Now download Rufus, and select your USB (or DVD), GPT/UEFI mode (not MBR/BIOS), FAT32 format & your Windows ISO. Now try installing it again.
