There are some days that I just fail to solve this problem for my Acer.

I want to install Windows 10 directly from USB and have followed all the necessary steps in this manual:(some site), but is not finding the result.

Goes as far as Bios, but I just can not get inside the USB driver, it looks like they are empty.

Any ideas, please!

Thank you very much

I have followed all these steps carefully:
  1. Windows ISO is downloaded
  2. Via Rufus has switched to USB
  3. But, the problem lies there, that when F2 clicked for navigation in the BIOS, I could not access the USB file.

The only thing you should be having to do in BIOS is (possibly) to be selecting the USB as first boot device.

With the USB installed, and a blank destination drive hooked up ("c" drive) the usb installer will start and download all the information needed to install windows to that drive. Remove the USB with installer when/while it prompts for the first restart.

Microsoft make a tool to download and install the Windows directly to a USB. I recommend using it, as has @rgd1101 , above.
