Hey.
Well I've Write That Down this Time For u. I Hope Now
U can Help Me In This Error.

*** Address 803A9ACB Base at 803A4000, Datestamp 381f8c6e -
hal.dll

If This is the first time you've seen this stop error
screen, Restart your computer. If this
screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is
properly installed. If this is a new Installation,
ask your Hardware of Software Manufacturer for any windows
2000 updates you might need. If
Problem continue, Disable or remove any newly installed
hardwe or software. Disable Bios Options
such as caching or shadowing. Check you Hard Drive to make
sure it is properly configured and terminated.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable
components, Restart your computer & Press F8
to select Advanced Startup Options, & then select Safe
Mode.

Refer your Getting Started Manual for More Information on
troubleshooting stop.

Hi,

You may have an issue with your RAM.
If you have more than one ram stick you can try to take one out of the
computer and check if the issue comes with this stick or with the other one.
