I'm with windows 10 and want to change.
I have a DVD with windows 7 All in One and my motherboard is UEFI a bios.

I can not install windows 7, I recorded a video demonstrating what happens when you get to the part of putting the language only that does not appear the little mouse, the keyboard is connected the mouse is connected also only that the image stands still

I also took 3 pictures of the BIOS to configure it.

The mouse and keyboard are connected to USB 2.0 ports.

Solution
Well, at least I know you have Asus Vivo, and that it has H110 based motherboard. Your problem is, installing Windows 7 on such motherboard requires few additional steps, otherwise USB mouse and keyboard will not work during install. There is a complete guide what to do and how: https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/1015837/
Or, if you have a keyboard or mouse with PS/2 connection, you can use them, as those will work during install.

Now that is a tough question. Because normally it should come with the PC, however the machine specification does not state one. It is quite possible those machine are supplied without it (makes sense since they come with pre-installed Windows), in such case you would be limited to using 1st method (requires another working PC).
