[SOLVED] I can't install windows on my pc

I have bought an new drive some days ago . I installed windows 10 on it using dvd . I have installed Windows 10 home on it . But later I wanted to install windows 10 professional on it . So I used my cd to install windows 10 once again . But after the windows logo whole screen goes black , no cursor . When screen goes black there is no flashing light on cd driver . And after restarting many times sometime setup shows up (No black screen) but when I try to install windows , it shows no hard drive . I even tried windows 8.1 and 7 . But still same problem . Please help me .
*My hard drive is new

No , it didn't work .
Edit : I kept trying to install windows 7 using usb and it worked

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Ensure that all cables, cards, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

Especially for the drives.

Try again.

If you are able to access BIOS, change the POST settings for as a verbose report as possible.

Listen for beeps and watch the screen for pop-up messages.
