I Cant Install Windows Vista Onto My Computer

My Friends Computer Somehow winded Up Messing Up, And I Went To Format The Hard drive And ReInstall Windows Vista, It Gets Almost All The Way Through But Pops Up With With Error Code:0x80070002 I Have No Idea How To Fix This, I Have Been Trying To Figure It Out All Day, I Am Soo Irritated. Can Anyone Please Help?

Take a look there it describes the issue some sort of licensing issue. Maybe you installed the OS too many times?
