I cant launch 2go application on my computer need help

I followed the right steps in downloading 2go application on my mini-laptop but it said the application cannot be launched. Please i need someone's help help.

Do you mean "PC 2go", the messenger application? What happens when you try to launch it, any error messages?

It will only show APPLICATION ERROR "unable to launch the application"
