Hi, I have a Planet FNSW-2400PS 24 port Intelligent switch for 16 IP cameras. I can't log into it anymore. The original login page was http://192.168.0.100
After hooking it up to my notebook and running the camera configuration there is no DHCP server or gateway any more according to ipconfig in Windows.
All the cameras are getting power and can all the address can be seen at the following addresses C1 is 192.168.1.123, C2 is 192.168.1.124, Etc when I take them back to the computer.
I have tried the reset button on the switch per the manual which is supposed to reset everything back to all defaults by holding it 5-10 seconds. The reset switch does nothing though. I even tried the 30-30-30 reset.
This thing is now about 2 weeks out of warranty.
I tried the following to login 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.2, 192.168.0.100, 192.168.1.100
All the cameras are getting power and can all the address can be seen

Is there a program that tests to find a router login page?

This intelligent switch normally goes between the NVR and the cameras and does not connect to the internet. The NVR has a set up program, however now it can't see the switch or video on any cameras or set them up or view video anymore. This is my first IP NVR, All of the other systems for my buildings are 1080p TVI type. They were so easy to set up.

Thank you

You will likelyneed to manually set an IP address for the notebook to the same subnet as the switch in order to access the GUI.

To access 192.168.0.100, manually configure your notebook with a static IP address of 192.168.0.50 or similar, as long as the first 3 octets are the same.

You may want to consider setting the switch with an address in the same subnet as your LAN in order to have access in the future.
