I can't log onto my original Tom's Hardward account?

It doesn't complain about about the email, user name or password. But it circles to log in then comes right back the welcome login screen. It tells me which email I last logged in with, so that should be correct. In FF and tried Edge, so results. To log onto Forums.

Any solutions? I dont' see how to contact Tom's to get them to fix it either.
