Hello,
i recently bought new mobo for my Intel Q8200 to upgrade my RAM from DDR2 to DDR3. Bought my new ones and there is a problem. PC only starts up whenever there is one of them, tried to do other configurations, but only this specific one is working. Worth to note: the one that works is different from another 3, that one has 2 sides of memory chip on it, other 3 have only one side. On the other side, there is nothing. The guy that i bought from said, it's from the same set, is it even possible? Oh, and when i try to run my PC with 2 or more, mobo constantly beeps and nothing happens. I'm looking for some BIOS for my mobo, but can't find anything. Can i do anything with this?

And here are my Specs:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
Acer Veriton S480G/
Acer G43T-AM4 LGA 775
GoodRam DDR3 4X2GB 1333MHz PC10600 DIMM

They are not the same, for the old intel MB, most of them can only support low density RAM.

Here is the info:
low density vs high density RAM. https://panoramacircle.com/2018/08/07/high-density-vs-low-density-ram-why-it-crashes-some-computers/

Check the socket pins. Some of them are bent or (I hope not) broken. Easy to fix thoug!. When the memory swap shows that behaviour is most often caused by a bent pin. Trust me, I suffered from that before.
