I can't open a website

"Timeout expired operations"(Something like this).
What should i do? (I'm the only one with this problem, my connection is working, and other websites also)

Google how to do it for your browser and your router - oh and your anti-virus too.

Please provide better suggestions than a "Google-it". If people knew the answers to their issue they have no need to waste others time. Please value their time and your responses.
