I cant open internet options in control panle

I'm useing win 7 and firefox is my browser. Firefox works. I can open the browser but i wanted to know what happen to internet options.

I have no idea. What started as me tryen to figure out why my steam was messed up has lead me to tryen to figure out whats wrong with my browser. Web pages I used to be able to veiw are not loading. Some times images are not loading. It took me forever for this page to act right. By that i mean the interface was nothing but broken image boxes and text and i couldnt do anything.

Firefox is working but only half the time. I had a trojan or two that microsoft found and i scaned for more with malwarebytes. This is so dang frustrateing. Half the time when i try to reply i cant get this page to load or i cant get the reply page to act right. I feel like some one has hacked me and is messing with my browsers. I think the steam is a diffrent browser too.

I think i deleted ie. I found a download from microsoft and was albe to open it then.

It may be time for a clean Windows setup if you are having internet issue after you had some viruses. You are mixing up terms and basically asking the wrong questions which shows that there will be issues with your system that you won't be able to fix without breaking 4 other things or deleting your files by accident.

Safest thing to do is find someone around you that knows about computers and have them backup your files (after scanning them with an antivirus programs) and do a clean Windows setup on the system after formatting your drive. Or better yet, get a new hard drive, pull yours for a backup, and install Windows clean on that.
