[SOLVED] I can't open Radeon Video Settings!

So recently I wanted to upgrade my experience on my very very old Ati Radeon 5670 HD, but i dont see the video settings. It just says 'Select video profile to enchance your viewing experience' and when i open 'Display'settings, the software just closes (crashes) is there a chance I could fix this, or is it because of my graphics card or drivers?

Download the latest drivers for your GPU place them on your desktop get
Display Driver Uninstaller from here

remove everything after restarting it will probably be 640x480 not great instal your AMD/NVIDIA drivers and hopefully should fix your problem
