I can't open regredit

When i open task manager it doesn't open rather it show that it was disabled or because it has not enabled device associated with it

To get to the Registry editor, you need to press your Windows key and R at the same time then into the Run box, type
regedit
then hit the Enter key.

From the File menu choose Export then note down the name and location of the crucial Backup you're about to make in case anything goes wrong.

No Registry - no system!
