I cant open windows 7 how do i turn off the bios

my acer laptop shut down last nite due to a virus i think. it came back on with a blue screen which i didnt read. i rebooted the partition thing to restore it and now windows wont restart. the blue screen comes back and says something about disabling the bios any ideas as i cant get into windows

If you disable bios your computer will not work.

I think what its trying to say is to disable reboot on system halt or BSOD.
