[SOLVED] I Can't Overclock Anymore!

My build
1 Rtx 2070 gaming z
1 Ryzen 7 2700x
Liquid AIO Cooler
2x 8gb 3000mhz ram
750w Rmx gold plus PSU
Msi Gaming Plus
1080p 144hz monitor

I successfully overclocked and it ran 4.3ghz and 3000mhz ram doing cinabench
At around 60-70 celcius
But, the next day,
When I turned it on, the motherboard reset the bios!
I tried to overclock again but no
I set the overclock to 4ghz and the ram at 2133 (default)
And it still stopped!
I changed my voltage to auto (CPU: 1.43 RAM: 1.45)
Still nothing
It always resets to stock settings

Please help

Might have a corrupted BIOS.

I reset biosusing CMOS and it worked

But now, every few minutes, it says HOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM
But it doesnt say the issue

Now I'm even more confused!

^ That is a generic Windows error message and could mean many different things.
I'd try using a restore point and see if that fixes the issue.
Also you should probably run Memtest86+ to be sure your RAM is 100% stable running at the OC speeds you set.

I did a restore to a different point and it worked
I now overclock with AMD ryzen master
