I CANT PLAY GTA 4 IN ULTRA SETTINGS

NEED ADVICE AND I DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE ISSUE

The PC version of GTA IV is poorly coded.
Which means that the game is buggy and has got graphical glitches. Even most high end systems can't max out the game.

If you're running the retail version of the game, GFWL should update the game automatically.
Otherwise, you can do it manually by downloading the patch from sites.

Also, I'm not sure if you need to apply the previous patches, since I haven't played the game in a long time (played it when patches weren't released for this game).

If I add another 1gig of 6950 will it work in ultra with full max, in bf3 too will it work in ultra max?

no it wont because even though you have 2 gfx cards you dont have 2 gigs of ram...
you have 2x1 gig cards, that use there own ram only they do not share. so you have 2x1 gig of ram not 1x2 gigs. theres a slight difference
so to set the draw distance to max in gta 4 you need a single gfx card with a minimum of 1.5gigs of ram. thats just a physical limit.

Same spec with nvidia 570 gt cant able to play in max 1250gb

So if I use 6790 2gig will it work in ultra mode

I cant able to play in bf3 in ultra reason if I on msaa game crashing in 2x if I set 4x game not respomding may I know the reason which graphics card can hamdle ultra in bf3 and gta 4?

bf3 and gta 4 have huge max system requirements. you also nned the latest patches and drivers. if you gfx has 2 gigs of ram then you should be able to max out the games. gta's high requirments are partly down to being badly ported, but bf3 its because it uses 4-5 different texture maps per texture (texture/bump/diplacment/specular and others) with haso and ssao ambient oclusion, broken depth of field and other high end effects... this means you need a gpu with enough grunt to handle dx11 and most current gpu's just dont have it... if your running anything less than a gtx 560ti or a 6850 the play your games in dx10 mode.

Tell me the powerfull card to handle full max in 1080p.. Am ready to replace my xfx 6950 1gb.. It should be very powerful my budget is 1500$. But it should be future proof and can handle all latest games in 1080p max settings will play in 27" single led monitor..
