i cant play league of legends on new build

I recently finished my first build. I spent a total of 1500 dollars and my video card is more than capable of running league of legends but it wont... I finally got the game to launch but every time i do the updates to start playing it stops at the very end of stage 2 and says it will take 1190 hours....

i don't know why i cant install it but if anyone has any info it would be much appreciated. ive looked online but i cant find a real answer to why its happening. is it because i need to download something first?

p.s im on windows 7 64 and i can run all steam games such as dota 2 so yeah. thanks for any info you can provide.

It happened to me 1 year ago, all you have to do is to wait for it and it will suddenly finish
I don't really remember how much time i had to wait but i remember that i watched a movie
Then checked it and found that it had finished while i was watching the movie

Have you looked into overheating issues? use a hardware temperature monitor to see if that may be an issue
