So i recently bought a 144hz monitor (BenQ Zowie LCD..) Using a hdmi cable so I know that I can only go up to 120hz with that hdmi but it's still better than 60hz. (notice my monitor is plugged in my laptop because I broke my laptop screen). As I searched they were two options to change the refresh rate I tried both Nvidia experience has only 3 options for me (https://prnt.sc/qp4n94) and when I go into properties of my screen etc I can only choose 59 or 60. 120hz isn't showing up.. I updated my nvidia drivers (didn't work) I installed Display pilot (benq monitor program) can't change there too. and now I need some help I don't know what to do to get my 120hz! (Also I can't get a dp cable cuz my laptop doesn't support it)
Please help me! (btw I know my english sucks sorry for that).

The monitor is probably limited to 60 Hz over HDMI. Which model is it?
XL2411P but I fixed it with intel graphic! anyway i'm stuck to 120hz but it's still good but I have a new problem only way for me to get 120hz is by lowering my resolution with 1920x1080 I can only get 90hz :/ I would like 1920x1080 with 120 hz :b
