Okay so I just got all my PC parts together yesterday to get my build together, which consists of this.
Graphics Card: ASUS Strix GTX 1080 Overclocked
Motherboard: ROG Maximus VIII Hero Alpha
CPU: Intel i7-6700k 4.0GHz
RAM: Ballistix Sport 32GB DDR4
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit
Storage: WD Blue 3 TB / 2 Samsung 120 GB EVO SSDs
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster Zx

Now my problem consists that yesterday, when I finally booted my whole thing together with Windows 10 on my 120 GB SSD to set as 1st boot, I tested around on ARK and everything on the thing was fine. I downloaded some of the disc utilities that came with my Graphics card and motherboard but I only did half of them on the Motherboard. Today I got back and decided to input my 3 TB HDD and other SSD, which I formatted and set to a drive which all went perfectly. THEN I input my motherboard disc again to load the rest of the utlitlies. It told me the whole of all downloads would take 2 reboots. 1st reboot and then 2nd comes. Suddenly I accidently hit the disc port to the optical drive and the disk comes out mid download. I suddenly get a error (Missing vendor.dll) to my program that I presumed only was half downloaded because of my actions called Aisuite 3. Everytime I booted my PC to home, that message came up instantly and my mouse went INSANE and broke my whole screen. So I did what most people would do and just went for a clean re-install. I wiped both my SSD's and went to clean install Windows 10 to fix the problem but THIS IS WHEN I HIT A BRICK WALL. It gave me the clock_watchdog_timeout, and then if I retried after that error I got the WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR. I can't get past this no matter how hard I tried. I used the ASUS bios for the SSD erase feature over and over thinking it was just the SSD's. I tried my HDD. Same thing. I tried restoring my BIOS to stock default before I touched it. Still nothing. Please help me anyone, this is a $2,500 build and I don't want it to just suddenly go to waste!

Clock_Watchdog_Timeout + WHEA errors are hardware errors.
Clock watchdog generally refers to CPU. I assume you aren't overclocked?

do you get them during the install or after?

you should use drivers from the Asus web site and not the driver disc as they can be old.

No the CPU is not overclocked. I got them during install. Right now I don't have a OS in a sense because I can't install it. I can download it onto my HDD/SSD and everything there is fine but I cannot actually boot it up and install the whole thing without getting the error. I'm confused how it could be something with the CPU since I never touched it once.
