Question I can't reach certain sites when i am on ethernet connection

So we changed ISP today, and whenever i try to connect to certain sites (such as Facebook.com) it wouldn't let me reach it.

I've tried flushing the DNS, renewing it, changing to googles DNS and even reinstalled windows.
I desperately need help.

The only way i can connect to certain sites is if i use a USB WiFi adapter, which is way slower than ethernet.
