I can't really see any different between different resolutions

I can't see a different between 720p, 1080p, 1440p and 4k...
it is very rear that I see a noticeable different....

My monitor is only 15 Inches, more than 1440p, less then 4k.
but my friends clam that there is a huge different even on a phone display (around 5 inches) between 1080p and 1440p.

I tried a lot to change the quality of videos in youtube, to see if I can see a different,
almost every time I couldn't...
also tried lower resolution in gaming, still the same, there is no different to me...

I don't think that I see unclear or blurry, and I don't feel a need for glasses,
but I can't stop wondering if something is wrong with me...

what do you think?
Can you see a different even on small monitors?

15 inches is the physical size. 1440p, 4k is the resolution.
what is your 15 inches resolution?

I have a feeling your monitor is really low resolution, in that case then of course it wont make a difference if you increase the resolution in the software if the hardware cant show it

My monitor resolution is 2880 x 1800, as I said (or at least meant), better then 1440p, worse then 4k

So you can't tell between a 320p vs 4k video on your screen 15"? You either sitting too far away or you need an eye exam.

I don't see the different in 720p+, 360p is still noticeable to me
I'm sitting around 1 meter away from my monitor

1 meter away for a 15 inch, I would said that is far.
