[SOLVED] I can't remember the name of a PC game

I recall this one multiplayer game where you had to make deals and kill rivals. A couple of defining aspects I think was that it was more blocky, and everyone had these phones to make deals with. It was also first person. I can also remember some better known youtubers doing lets plays of it a while back. Any leads?
