I cant remember the title of this old game!

Ok these games are from my childhood anywhere from kindergarten to 3rd grade.
The first game: was on ps1 or n64 I can't really remember, it was a fighting game and all I can remember is being a snowman I'm pretty sure he was an evil looking snowman. I think he was jack frost and you could be other people like the Easter bunny and stuff but I can't remember.

The second game:was a platformer I think ps1 or n64, it was in kinda a blocky 3D look to it, you could become different animal robots by controlling them and making them do what you want. It was a 3rd person view and the only robot animals I can remember are a dog that moved really fast and an elephant that squirts water out of its trunk

The 3rd game:was onit xbox and it was a cartoony shooter game kind of a wild west feel to it but it was all animated and people were like animals and I had to take out the most wanted people around with wacky guns I found. I only got like 3 levels into it but I remember it was fun as hell.
