So, I have a Foxconn M61PML-K motherboard and a Sempron 145 on My old case. I've never tamper with it. I've stopped using it after I bought my Laptop. But I needed to use it today and I got high cpu usages on little proccesses. I opened the case and tried to remove cpu cooler to change the thermal paste for a little boost. But I think it is integrated because I can't remove it by any force I don't want to damage cpu. Can anyone give some info about it?

Never seen one integrated most likely the paste is just dry and stuck to it. There is no completely safe way to remove it when it's that stuck. Sometimes a light twist will break it free. Others using a small screwdriver between the CPU lid and heat sink can do it, both have possible downsides though
