i cant see my hdd

i have problem on my hdd i cant see it on my windows and if you open IRST its shows this

Was the HDD operational prior to creating the thread? If so, see if your motherboard is pending a BIOS update. Can you see the HDD when you go into Disk management? Is it available in Device manager? Can you also see it in BIOS?
