I can't seem to install Windows Live Essentials

Hi, guys! I've been trying to install Windows Live Essential several times, but, after a long time of loading, it gives an error called 0x80040705. I've removed all previous instances of Windows and executed the system cleanup. What should I do?

NOTE: I haven't used Windows Update yet, should I?

It's a pack of programs offered by Microsoft, such as Outlook, Windows Movie Maker and Messenger.

try this Microsoft tool, run it and reboot, then try again

I tried running the installer, but it says I've already got a newer Windows Essentials installed. I uninstalled Windows Live from the control panel, deleted its folder and cleared installation data with Windows Install Cleanup, but nothing changes.

Hmmm I just did a write up on some thing similar... game would not install.... I'll look for it and copy over the details
