[SOLVED] I can't sign-out my iCloud account in my Mac after i changed my apple ID email address

I changed my apple ID email address using the Apple ID website, then I tried to my mac and tried to sign-out in Preferences > Icloud, "your iclould account couldn't be removed at this time, turn off all icloud services and try again", yet, the icloud services are greyed out. Restarting the machine did nothing. What can I do?

Your screenshot suggests that you're trying to remove your iCloud account - is that what you want to do?

You wish to remove it or just sign out?

I guess any of the two. I just want to start using my new icloud user name (the new email address)

As the message box says, you have to turn off all iCloud services before you can remove your old account.
