Question i can't stream using processor (x264)

Hi guys so i have a problem that i can't stream using processor...when i stream using processor my game lag as hell...same with stream on discord i can't stream...

My Spec-
Processor : i7 8700
Ram : 16GB Ram
GPU : GTX1080ti

Also what game,some games are cool with something else running alongside and other games just can't deal with it.
