Question i cant switch back to my old amd graphics

so I just moved into a new place and I plugged my pc in I went into a game but something was weird it was at like 10 fps so i looked and my display graphics card was set to intel 630 graphics for some reason so i went and installed my old amd rx and restarted my pc but nothing happend it stayed on the intel 630 graphics i even tryed to install a alot of diffrent amd drivers none worked i unintalled intel 630 driver and restarted nothing happend it just changed to microsoft basic display adapt i installed amd driver nothing just went back to intel graphics i have tryed everything nothing worked i tryed uninstalling every graphics then installing the amd one back and bang back to intel or microsof basic and the

win 10 64 bit op system prossceccor intel i5 7400 8 gb ram display my old amd graphics(rx 580)new retarded graphics that I don't want-intel hd grpahics 630-

Ok go to device manager and see if your rx580 shows up. Let me know what it says if anything.
