i cant switched on my laptop

My laptop isn't working. When i press the button which one is used to switch on the laptop nothing happening. The port where we connect the adapter to the laptop is lightening blue. I remove the battery and then the port light is off and the i connect the adapter to the laptop without the battery that moment also the port light is on. But i can't turn on my laptop. How shall i solve this problem. Please tell me a way......

Buy a new charger

Take the laptop to the repair shop

Buy a new laptop.

Provide more info eg make and model, any changes you recently made, any error codes you have gotten, whether you've cleaned it out lately, how old the laptop is, whether you use a laptop cooler, what country you are in.
