I recently got my brand new rtx 2060 super, i run a non modular 500 watts power supply. A i5 4.6k, yes, i know that my cpu is bottlenecking my graphic's card full potential, but. When i watch videos of people having rtx 2060 super and stuff like i7 8k, they can run about 180 fps in a game like warzone, i run 50. I was wondering if it might be the power supply that is lacking power or its the cpu that is insanely bottlenecking. I know that its important but no way the cpu is making me lose 130 fps. My gpu is connected by a 8 pin going separated to 2 molex.

Thanks.

A graphics card doesn't throttle down if it doesn't get enough power. It draws what it can from the power supply. The power supply attempts to provide what the graphics card needs, but if the power draw to too much for the power supply, the unit (assuming it's designed to) protects itself by shutting down (not by limiting FPS).

When i watch videos...

This is your first mistake. IF (and that's a BIG "if"), these videos are real, they're running completely optimized OSes where nothing that isn't necessary is running and tweaked so far as to be nigh impossible to replicate.

i run a non modular 500 watts power supply

This is your second mistake. The graphic card recommendations state a 550 watt power supply.
Not knowing...

Not knowing the specs of your power supply, I'd say the CPU may be throttling down, but since it's not causing system crashing, I suspect it's not a complete potato.
