I assembled a Gigabyte F2a58m-DS2, 4 Core AMD A10-7870k with stock cooler, 2 4GB DDR3, GTX 970, Silverstone 600W PSU, 1 1TB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive, 1 DVD Drive. There is a sound coming from my cpu/cooler that resembles the clicking of a zip tie. It comes and goes and sometimes it's louder than others. It's not the hard drive. Also I have a Phantom 410 case with an extra 120mm thermal take fan.
On a side note I have been getting the BSOD. I disabled the Standard VGA Graphics for my APU in device manager, Ran and passed every Memory test, +I Fixed/Cleaned my registry and checked my temps and they've never reached 70c on my GPU or CPU. The Bluescreens mostly happen when I'm on Youtube and almost never happens when I'm Running games like Battlefront or Fallout 4.
UPDATE!! I just updated my Bios to F3a so hopefully that will stop the blue screens. I still don't know what the sound is though.
